What we process and why

• Name, email, phone, delivery address — to fulfil and deliver the order (contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Shared with the carrier (Omniva, Itella, DPD) for delivery only.
• Invoice data — kept 7 years under the Accounting Act (art. 6(1)(c)).
• Newsletter email — only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a)); unsubscribe via the link in every email.

Cookies

Necessary — cart, language choice and your cookie choice (as_lang, as_consent, WooCommerce session cookies). The shop cannot work without them, so they need no consent.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd), cookies _ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years. Analytics cookies are set only after you press “Accept all” in the cookie banner. Before that the Google tag runs in Consent Mode without cookies and sends only anonymous technical signals. No advertising and no data shared for ads.

Chat — live chat runs on Crisp (Crisp IM SAS, France); the chat window appears after you make a choice in the cookie banner and uses its own cookies for the conversation to work. The name and email sent through the chat form reach our mailbox and are used only to reply.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

Reminders and reviews

If you entered your email at checkout but did not finish the order, we may remind you about your cart — no more than two emails within 24 hours, each with a “Stop cart reminders” link. 14 days after delivery we ask once how your plants are doing. The legal basis is the shop’s legitimate interest; cart data is used for reminders for up to 3 days.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent — on request to info@allikasilm.ee. We reply within 30 days. Complaints: Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
