Wood ash

Wood ash is a traditional natural fertiliser gardeners have relied on for generations. It supplies potassium, calcium and trace elements and reduces soil acidity. Use it on vegetable beds, around fruit bushes and in the compost heap, especially on acidic ground where plants otherwise struggle.
