Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases in the ALLIKASILM online shop (seller ALTRIX OÜ).

1. Order. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by email. The seller may decline an order if goods are unavailable, notifying the buyer and refunding any payment.
2. Prices. In euro including VAT. A confirmed order keeps the price valid at confirmation.
3. Plants. Photos are illustrative. Size, shape and flowering stage vary by season. The stated size is the size at the time of sale.
4. Delivery and risk. Risk passes to the buyer on handover. A parcel must be collected from the locker within the storage period (usually 7 days). If it is not collected and comes back to us, we contact you and send it out again for a new delivery fee. A live plant that has stood in a terminal for a week does not go back on sale and its price is not refunded; the price of the other goods in that order is refunded.
5. Liability. The seller is not liable for plant loss due to incorrect planting, care or weather, except as covered by the establishment guarantee.
6. Personal data. Processed according to the Privacy Policy.
7. Law. Estonian law applies. Consumer rights in the buyer’s EU country are not limited.
