Advice from our agronomist
Sowing No soaking is needed: spread the seed densely on a moist substrate, press lightly, cover with paper and keep in the dark for 2 days.
Care Then move to the light and keep the substrate moist but not wet; water from below or with a mister. Ideal temperature is 18–22 °C, and good airflow prevents mould.
Harvest Cut the microgreens 7–10 days after sowing, once the seed leaves are fully open; eat fresh.
