Advice from our agronomist
Sowing Sow the seeds densely on moist soil or a fibre mat, cover thinly or press in lightly; keep at room temperature (18–22 °C) under a lid until they sprout, 2–4 days.
Care Remove the lid and move to a bright place; water from below or with a sprayer so the substrate stays moist but not wet.
Harvest Snip the microgreens with scissors 7–14 days after sowing when the first true leaves appear; eat fresh.
