Advice from our agronomist
Sowing If needed soak the seeds for 6–8 hours, spread them densely on a moist substrate (soil, coir or a microgreens mat), cover lightly and keep in the dark for 2–3 days.
Care Then move to the light and keep the substrate moist but not wet; water from below or with a mister. Ideal temperature is 18–22 °C, and good airflow prevents mould.
Harvest Cut the microgreens 7–14 days after sowing, once the seed leaves are fully open; eat fresh.
