Advice from our agronomist
Sowing Soak the seeds for 6–8 hours, spread them in a 1–2 cm layer on moist soil or coir, cover lightly and keep in the dark for 2–3 days, then move to the light.
Care Keep the substrate moist but not wet; water from below or with a mister. Suitable for a windowsill, ideal temperature 18–22 °C.
Harvest Cut the microgreens 2–3 weeks after sowing, when the first true leaves begin to appear (5–8 cm tall).
